All of it, from the location, the room and staffs! The only missing facility now is a swimming pool 🥹 told the FOH staff Mr. Kim that Madison hotel is now my fave hotel, I hope your rates will stay affordable even if theres a plan on having a pool 🥹🥹🥹 Also, thank you for giving my boyfriend a complementary birthday cake for his birthday the last time we checked in. We truly appreciate it. 🫶

Conveniently located near a supermarket and drugstore. Ride apps had no trouble finding us. Water on every floor, cafe, room service, gym, toilet hoses, hangers in wardrobe. Delicious complimentary breakfast.

My husband and I booked a room here in Madison 101 because I had a speaking engagement. The staff were amazingly friendly and always smiled. The in-room massage was relaxing. The room, despite the fact that it faced LRT was quiet and relaxing.

Only few selections for breakfast with voucher but I think you can also order other items but you have to pay for it.

The bed was comfortable and the location was fairly quiet. We enjoyed using the gym.
